About Us

Both Principal Architects are alumni of M.S. Ramaiah School of Architecture, Bangalore. Work experience with some of the oldest and most renowned firms across India like CnT, Mistry Architects, Ar. Dean D’cruz and Studio Lotus has given them deep insight into design philosophies that have developed over decades. They now strive to take these learning forward into the new technological age while keeping the core beliefs the same. During this course they were exposed to different kinds of projects ranging from independent homes, apartments, large-scale housing, hospitality / eco-resorts, institutional buildings, commercial spaces and interiors.

Long term friends turned colleagues and now business partners, they believe through personal experience that true growth happens only through collaboration and understanding. Building long term and meaningful relationships is the priority of the design process. Architecture is not a product which can be mass produced to make every building look identical. Architecture is more personal like a family portrait, every detail a reflection of the people the space is built for. 

While the forms and spaces invoke an emotional response, they believe that true excellence comes from the details. Every brick makes the building, the same way as every brush stroke makes the painting, and every thread forms the tapestry. Expanding the design expertise to encompass Architecture, Interiors, Landscape and Product design they hope to create a completely curated design experience where all spaces and elements exist in perfect harmony.
